We start with a conversation where we learn about you/your child's strengths, challenges, and your goals. From there, we complete an initial assessment. To get a complete picture of a academic strengths and needs we draw on testing data, you/your child's input, and your experiences so we know exactly where you/your child is starting from. 

Every lesson plan is personally developed around the intake/assessment results. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all curriculum. We take into account you/your child's interests and passions in order to foster a love of learning. This makes each session exciting! As you/your child progresses, the plan evolves as well. 

You'll hear from us regularly. We make ourselves available for questions and concerns. We also update and pivot based on need. Alongside consistent sessions, you'll receive structured monthly progress reports tracking exactly which skills you/your child has mastered, which are still developing, and what we're focusing on next plus simple ways to support that progress at home. 

When you/your child reaches a goal, we sit down together to talk about what's next. This can be a new goal to work toward, an adjustment to the plan, or a transition from a targeted lesson to homework support. You're part of that decision every time.
