Hi, I’m Koda, and I’m super excited to share my love for learning! I’ve always been obsessed with education and reading, and I recently got my Master’s Degree in English Literature. I’ve worked with many students from kindergarten all the way to sixth grade to help them discover that learning can be important and fun! My goal is always to highlight students’ unique experiences, perspectives, and strengths, and to show them how to use those skills in reading and math. I’m constantly working to better support students, and to be an example for how learning is a continuous process. I hope to learn from my students as much as they learn from me!
Fun Fact: I am a very creative person. I love to draw, paint, sew and crochet!

Hi, I'm Shai! I've been a bookworm since I was a kid, and that early love of reading is really where my passion for education started. I've spent over 10 years tutoring students of all ages and backgrounds, and over 6 years working as a researcher supporting market research companies, school districts, and universities. I care deeply about social-emotional learning and developmentally-informed practices, not just academic skills.I personally tailor every lesson so your child can grasp new skills with ease, and I make sure each session stays fun, so learning is something they grow to love rather than dread.
